Crescent Devilled Sausages

Ingredients

  • 200g Crescent Premium Chicken Sausages
  • 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-inch piece Ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 Capsicum, sliced diagonally
  • 1 Onion, cut in to big pieces
  • 2 Green chillies, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp dark Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation & Cooking

  1. In a frying pan, sauté Garlic, Ginger, Onion and Green chilli for a few minutes.
  2. Add sliced Crescent Premium Chicken Sausages and tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in Chilli flakes, Tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, Sugar and Salt.
  4. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes, until well coated in the sauce.
  5. Stir in the Capsicum, toss well and remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm with Rice, Bread or on its own.
