Crescent Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients

  • For the pancakes:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt (or as needed)
  • For the filling:
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 100g Crescent Chicken Salami, sliced
  • 100g Crescent Chicken Mortadella, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Crescent Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread
  • For the sauce:
  • 2-3 tbsp Crescent Sundried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh cream

Preparation Method

  1. Whisk ingredients for pancakes until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Cook pancakes, crepe style and thin, on medium high heat.
  3. To make the filling, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic, onions and celery.
  4. Add sliced Crescent Chicken Salami, Crescent Mortadella and let it brown slightly.
  5. Add Crescent Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread and mix well until all the ingredients are well coated. Add a splash of milk if needed.
  6. Place one or two spoons of filling in each pancake and roll it up.
  7. To make the sauce, heat cream and pour it over Sun Dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Spread. Whisk well until smooth and creamy.
  8. Drizzle generously over the stuffed pancakes and serve warm.
