Crescent Chicken Kebab Wrap

Ingredients

  • Each wrap will have,
  • 2-3 Crescent Chicken Kebabs
  • 1 tbsp Crescent Hummus
  • 2 tbsp Lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Pickles, sliced lengthways
  • 1-2 tbsp Yoghurt sauce
  • 1 Shawarma wrap
  • For the Yoghurt sauce:
  • ¼ cup Yoghurt or buffalo curd
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (optional)

Preparation Method

  1. Mix ingredients for yoghurt sauce together and set aside.
  2. In a flat pan on medium high heat, cook Crescent Chicken Kebabs until slightly charred on the outside. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook the shawarma wraps until warmed through and blistered brown.
  4. Spread a thick layer of Crescent Hummus on the wrap.
  5. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, 2 or 3 Crescent Chicken Kebabs (be sure to remove the sticks), pickles and yoghurt sauce.
  6. Roll it carefully and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Best served warm.
